Allamz latest project for City Edge Development- North Edge Towers Alamein Location: North Coast-Sales Office

From initial Concept to fully furnished completion with attention and eye on every detail, this project done successfully all in a three weeks’ time only. The design style was modern and chic.

The Design Concept was a Playful Summery style that reflected the casual relation between CED and it’s clients and made them feel the real hospitality and coziness.

Color palette: White, green, yellow and grey.
Material palette: Metal sheets, concrete, wood, and glass
Flooring: Concrete and pebbles

Exterior Design Style:
A pattern derived from the logo was the main hero decorating the exterior creating different levels on the translucent exterior. This exterior was very attractive for people from the outside also reflected an aesthetic look on the inside.

Interior Design Style:
The inside was a light casual modern reflecting a chic and popping vibe. The pattern sheets of the exterior casted beautiful shadows on the inside complementing the aesthetic interior design. The outdoor area had a casual design style suiting that summery playful spirit.
Interior included meeting rooms, offices, furniture, cafeteria, Reception, waiting lounge and mock-ups which were all fitted in a relatively small area.
Landscape design and raw material, along with playful new seating designs accomplished a cozy young spirited look.
