Allamz latest project for DHL “Unlock Potential” Business Partner Gathering Live Music and Gala Dinner

From initial Concept to fully furnished completion with attention on every detail, the design style aimed to serve DHL Brand Identity. Chic Decorative sense of design overpowering the corporate look of the identity to suit the nature of the event.

Color palette: Black, Red, Yellow and Gold

Allamz Creative Team depicted all designs inspired mainly by the brand Identity of DHL.
This Event was to explore Egypt’s unlocked potentials of investment, new economic zones, digitalization and global trade with prestigious speakers.
DESIGNS:

1. INVITATION was sent inside a DHL Envelope with the Event date and Location

1. GATE, COUNTER & TUNNEL: All guests entered the Event through a DHL Shipment Box Tunnel celebrating the partnership of success of Being One on the path of Growth.

1. DHL Boxes and Ornamented Frames Decorated The venue’s wall sharing memories and pictures of special occasions.

1. STAGE where a huge Frame is implemented in the design that matches the Frames theme that we used in the event… Stage showed the power and prestige

1. CENTERPIECES blend of Flowers and nostalgic items that enriched all Event tables

DIRECTIONAL SIGNS inspired by DHL Logo and the Brand Identity.

Regional CEO of DHL was present and their top customers and VIP.
The DHL Agenda included a Pianist, DGF Egypt Country Manager (Magued Ragheb), CFO MEA, SSA (Tobias Maier), Director of Mechatronics Engineering and the RoboHub at the University of Waterloo (Dr. William Melek), New Economic Zone (Mr. Mahfouz Taha), Mr. Alaa Abdel Kerim, DJ and the Famous Jazz singer (Okasha).
